Home Equity Line of Credit
The Annual Percentage Rate on our Home Equity Credit Line will vary once each month and is based on The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate as published on the last publication day of the month. As of October 31, 2008, the Prime Rate in effect was 4.00%.
